“They have areas of growth” is the understatement of the year when talking about one of the most repressive, undemocratic regimes on earth.
Having worked in and on 21 fragile, conflict, and post-conflict countries in #Africa, what I witnessed in #Eritrea is that they are intentionally developing to prevent the structural issues that give rise to violence and conflict. They have areas of growth, as every country has.
