القوة المشتركة لحركات الكفاح المسلح

في إطار إلتزامنا بتعزيز قدرات القوة المشتركة لحركات الكفاح المسلح والإلتزام بقواعد الحرب والقانون الدولي الإنساني ودعم الإستقرار والسلام في المنطقة، نظمت القوة المشتركة بالتعاون مع اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر وإدارة الرعاية الإجتماعية بحكومة إقليم دارفور، تحت إشراف السيد حاكم إقليم دارفور مني اركو مناوي ومدير الرعاية الاجتماعية الأستاذ عبدالباقي حامد، ورش عمل تدريبية متخصصة في مدينتي كسلا وبورتسودان، تهدف إلى تعزيز الكفاءات المهنية والإنسانية.
ورشة الإسعافات الأولية وتأهيل الكوادر الطبية:
– إستهدفت تدريب 25 كادرًا طبيًا من القوة المشتركة.
– ركزت على تطوير مهارات الإسعافات الأولية والتعامل الفعّال مع الحالات الطارئة لضمان تقديم الرعاية الطبية في الظروف الميدانية.
ورشة القانون الدولي الإنساني وحقوق الإنسان:
– شارك فيها 50 ضابطًا من القوة المشتركة في مدينة كسلا.
– تناولت دمج مبادئ القانون الدولي الإنساني وحقوق الإنسان في العمليات العسكرية، مع التركيز على قواعد الإشتباك وإحترام الكرامة الإنسانية.
تجدد القوة المشتركة إلتزامها الصارم بالمبادئ الأساسية للقانون الدولي وأحكامها في الجوانب الإنسانية والتمييز والضرورة العسكرية والتناسب في الهجوم .
إن مواصلة تنظيم برامج تدريبية مستقبلية لتعزيز قدرات القوة المشتركة في مختلف المجالات، سوف يعزز دورها في تحقيق الأمن والإستقرار.
نوجّه رسالتنا إلى المجتمع الدولي والإقليمي بدعوةٍ لدعم هذه الجهود التي تهدف إلى بناء قوة عسكرية محترفة ملتزمة بالمعايير الإنسانية والقانونية، تسهم في تحقيق السلام الشامل والتنمية المستدامة .

The Joint Forces of the Armed Struggle Movements

In line with our commitment to strengthening the capabilities of the Joint Forces of the Armed Struggle Movements, upholding the rules of warfare and international humanitarian law, and promoting peace and stability in the region, the Joint Forces, in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Social Welfare Department of the Darfur Regional Government, and under the supervision of the Governor of Darfur Region, Mr. Mini Arko Manawi and the Director of Social Welfare, Mr. Abdelbagi Hamid,
organized specialized training workshops in the cities of Kassala and Port Sudan aimed at enhancing professional and humanitarian competencies.
First Aid Workshop and Medical Personnel Training:
• targeted the training of 25 medical personnel from the Joint Forces.
• Focused on strengthening first aid skills and improving emergency response to ensure the delivery of medical care in field conditions.
International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Workshop:
• Attended by 50 officers from the Joint Force in Kassala.
• The workshop addressed the integration of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights principles into military operations, with a focus on rules of engagement and the respect for human dignity.
The Joint Force reaffirms its firm commitment to the fundamental principles of international law, particularly those related to humanity, distinction, military necessity, and proportionality in the conduct of hostilities.
The continued organization of future training programs aimed at enhancing the capacities of the Joint Force across various fields will further strengthen its role in promoting security and stability.
We extend our message to the international and regional community, calling for support of these efforts aimed at building a professional military force committed to humanitarian and legal standards, one that contributes to achieving comprehensive peace and sustainable development.
