بيان سياسي بشأن قضية العودة الطوعية للاجئين السودانيين
تتابع حركة زهجنا خلاص باهتمام بالغ اللقاءات الجارية بين المبعوثين الدوليين، ومن بينها لقاء المبعوث الخاص للرئيس الأمريكي السابق، السيد مسعود بولس، والمبعوث السامي للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين، حول مسألة العودة الطوعية للاجئين السودانيين وسبل إنهاء الصراع وحماية المدنيين.
إننا، إذ نؤكد حرصنا على عودة اللاجئين السودانيين إلى وطنهم، نرى أن أي عودة لا بد أن تقوم على أسس واضحة ومحكمة تضمن سلامة وأمن العائدين، بعيدًا عن هيمنة أطراف الحرب أو أي واجهات مرتبطة بمعسكر بورتسودان والحركة الإسلامية، والتي أثبتت التجربة أنها تستخدم الملف الإنساني كأداة للتحشيد السياسي، والدعم البشري، وإعادة إنتاج نفسها عبر استغلال معاناة المواطنين.
لقد ظل اللاجئون السودانيون يواجهون أوضاعًا إنسانية بالغة القسوة، دون أن يلمسوا من المفوضية السامية لشؤون اللاجئين ما يكفي من جدية لمعالجة قضاياهم بصورة عادلة وشفافة، الأمر الذي جعلهم عرضة للابتزاز السياسي، بما في ذلك استخدام الأوراق الثبوتية كوسيلة ضغط وملاحقة سياسية ضد السودانيين في الخارج.
ومن هذا المنطلق، نوجه رسالتنا للمبعوث السامي للأمم المتحدة وللمنظمات الدولية كافة:
إن أي عملية عودة طوعية لا بد أن تدار حصريًا تحت رعاية الأمم المتحدة، وبإشراف مباشر يضمن استقلاليتها وحيادها.
نرفض بشكل قاطع أي ترتيبات تنسق مع الواجهات المصنوعة أو القوى المتورطة في الحرب، والتي لا تمثل الشعب السوداني ولا تعبر عن قضاياه الإنسانية.
العودة الطوعية لا يمكن أن تكون أداة سياسية، بل يجب أن تكون حقًا إنسانيًا يصان ويحترم، يقوم على ضمانات دولية تضمن الحماية والأمان والاستقرار للعائدين.
إننا نذكر بأن قضية اللاجئين السودانيين ليست ملفًا ثانويًا، بل هي مسؤولية دولية وأخلاقية تتطلب معالجة عاجلة تضع الكرامة الإنسانية فوق كل الاعتبارات السياسية.

Political Statement on the Issue of Voluntary Return of Sudanese Refugees
The Zehejna Khalas Movement is closely following the ongoing international discussions, including the recent meeting between Mr. Massoud Boulos, former U.S. Presidential Envoy, and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, regarding the voluntary return of Sudanese refugees, the protection of civilians, and pathways to ending the conflict.
While reaffirming our commitment to the eventual return of Sudanese refugees to their homeland, we stress that any such process must be grounded in clear and binding guarantees that ensure the safety and dignity of returnees. This must be achieved independently of warring parties or any fronts associated with the Port Sudan camp and the Islamist movement, which have consistently instrumentalized humanitarian issues for political mobilization, demographic manipulation, and self-preservation at the expense of Sudanese citizens.
Sudanese refugees continue to endure dire humanitarian conditions, yet they have witnessed insufficient seriousness on the part of UNHCR in addressing their plight with fairness and transparency. This neglect has left them vulnerable to political extortion, including the use of identity documents as tools of pressure and political persecution against Sudanese communities abroad.
Accordingly, we address the UN High Commissioner for Refugees and all international partners with the following points:
Any voluntary return must be administered exclusively under the auspices of the United Nations, with direct supervision to ensure neutrality and independence.
We categorically reject any arrangements coordinated with manufactured fronts or actors complicit in the war, as they do not represent the Sudanese people nor their humanitarian cause.
Voluntary return must not be politicized. It is a fundamental human right that must be preserved and safeguarded, based on international guarantees that ensure protection, security, and stability for returnees.
We emphasize that the plight of Sudanese refugees is not a secondary file; it is a pressing international and moral responsibility. Addressing it requires urgent and genuine action that upholds human dignity above all political calculations.
