Today, I met with @EUSR_Weber Weber, the European Union’s envoy to the Horn of Africa, in the presence of Mr Luca Mihay, the political adviser at the EU office.
We discussed the EU’s role in supporting infrastructure projects for the Horn of Africa Initiative countries, with a focus on electricity interconnection, roads, and railways linking the region’s nations.
We welcome Ms. Weber’s reaffirmation of the EU’s absolute rejection of any attempts to establish a parallel government.
