How much of this anti-G20 position from the Administration is anti-South Africa versus anti-multilateralism. Would this be the policy if Brazil or India were hosting? I suspect not.
Scoop: White House bans all U.S. agencies from working on the G-20 in South Africa, including all lower-level meetings leading up to the summit. Some officials oppose the decision, saying it will cede the floor to China. W/ @JStein_WaPo
