Dear President Donald Trump, via Senior Advisor Massad Boulos,
I believe your experts are proposing a plan for the Greater Middle East — and it is not new. It is, in fact, Cleopatra’s plan to confront the Roman fleets, which I call the “Legs Dedeployment Plan.” It worked with Caesar and Antony, but when the clever and beautiful queen grew older, the plan failed with Octavius, and she chose to end her life with the royal cobra.
This same logic now appears in the plan to enable Israel to violate Middle East airspace and strike vulnerable or pre-approved Arab and Islamic targets, by forcing Arab and Islamic regimes to supply Israel’s “target bank,” either voluntarily or out of fear of the American fleets. The plan may succeed temporarily, and some who think the same way like Cleopatra may go along with it — but it will ultimately fail.
This explains why Egypt is the most aware and extremely against this plan — because Egypt knows this history better than others.
Public opinion across the Arab and Islamic world has become alert to this game and is resisting these international maneuvers and tricks. Russia, China, and Europe are all monitoring and waiting for any American mistake.
The better path is direct dialogue, we need America under President Trump to act as a true sponsor of peace — not a producer of horror movies.
